Well; we all knew it wound not last. We were without a boat for a few months but Becky and I heard the bay calling us and we got another boat. Again this will likely not be our last boat. 🙂
Well we moved to a new marina again this year. This time we returned to our original river the Sassafras. We are now at the Sassafras Harbour Marina in a floating doc slip on D dock. I can’t wait to get some time on the river this year as its been a long time since we have been able to have any fun with both my mother and father being very ill. I’m still coming to the realization that I wont see them again; in this life anyway.
This is our slip at Haven Harbor. We are trying it out to see if this is going to be our new marina. My first impression is very good of this place. Everyone seems very nice and the staff seem to be very attentive to our boat and our needs. Update: 9/25 – We have officially accepted this as our new marina
Introducing the new Millertime 2 boat. We have been waiting over 9 months for her and she is beautiful. I have never been so happy(well maybe when we had our kids and chase). She is a really nice boat that has everything we want in boating. Absolutely wonderful!!!!.
Our boat is now peacefully sitting in New York awaiting it’s water journey to Baltimore. It’s been a long 9 months we have waited for Millertime 2 to be built and then shipped from France to the United States. We have literally sat through a Presidential Election and had to watch all the media and liberal folks melt down as we patiently waited for our boat to be built and arrive. I have been tortured by this long and painful wait but our boat should be here in just 7 more days. That’s right the boat should arrive in Baltimore…
Well it’s been a while since I posted anything here; mainly because I have been busy at work but the latest news on Millertime 2 is that we will likely settle on that boat on 7/12. It’s been a long time in the making but she is finally built and being prepared for shipment. 🙂 Below you can see that our boat will be loaded in Antwerp on 6/21 with a 6/22 departure date. Estimated arrival in BWI is 7/7…..
Becky and I went to Battery Island from noon to 5:30 for a day of fun. She beat me at backgammon.
We we spent the day at Fairly Creek with Al, Ann Marie and Roscoe.

Well I must say this had to have been one of the most terrifying nights on the boat I have had in my life.

It was a cold but fun day returning the boat this year.
Working on the boat last weekend I hurt my ankle pretty bad when it snagged on the back of the steps leading into the bedroom.
